Lorenzo D’Elia

Professional with extensive experience in the fashion and entertainment industries. He held a senior position at Fendi under the creative direction of Karl Lagerfeld and Silvia Venturini Fendi from 2001 to 2006, serving as Director of Celebrity Casting and Press Office. From 2006 to 2023, he held managerial roles at Gucci under the creative direction of Frida Giannini and Alessandro Michele. He was responsible for managing relationships and styling between V.I.P.s and the brand. He worked closely with Alessandro Michele as a member of his core team, advising him on numerous projects, advertising campaigns, social media initiatives, fashion shows, brand events, and special collaborations with V.I.P.s. In parallel with his role at Gucci, he founded his own agency, which organizes events and promotional parties for many brands — an activity he continues to this day.

Gianluca De Marchi

Gianluca De Marchi is an Italian entrepreneur. In 2000, he began his entrepreneurial career in the advertising market, and in 2004, together with Daniela Valenza and Fabio Mazzoni, he founded Urban Vision — a media company and leader in the field of sponsored restorations, as well as a publisher and concessionaire of Out of Home and Digital Out of Home advertising spaces. Alongside his commitment to the cultural sector, De Marchi has also pursued his passion for cinema, investing in major Italian film productions, including Miele, the directorial debut of Valeria Golino, which competed in the “Un Certain Regard” section of the 2013 Cannes Film Festival, and La vita oscena by Renato De Maria, which was presented in competition in the “Orizzonti” section of the 71st Venice International Film Festival.

Adriana Biondi

Adriana Biondi works in public relations. After earning a degree in Economics and Business with a specialization in tax litigation, she radically changed her career path in 2002, beginning to work in film promotion and becoming a pioneer in the field of Product Placement. Since 2010, she has been involved in the hospitality industry, collaborating with international brands such as Rocco Forte Hotels, Dorchester, Melia, and others, building a strong connection between the world of brands and the world of hospitality.
